Substitute breadcrumbs with unprocessed bran. The crust becomes much crispier and your body gains some extra fibre.
Cream: Evaporated skim milk
Sour cream: Low-
Coconut cream: Evaporated milk and coconut essence
Mayonnaise: Low-
Cream cheese: Cottage or ricotta cheese or light cream cheese
Oil/Margarine: Half the amount (use a good oil like olive or canola)
